Privacy Policy

1. Overview

LookCheck AI ("we") is committed to a "Privacy-First" architecture. This policy outlines how we handle data processed by our Virtual Try-On API.

2. Data We Process (The "Zero-Storage" Commitment)

2.1. End-User Images

Processing: When you send a user image to our API, it is processed in encrypted Random Access Memory (RAM).

Storage: We do not save, archive, or store end-user photos on our servers (Hard Disks/SSDs).

Biometrics: Our AI analyzes facial/body geometry to create a 3D mesh. This biometric processing is ephemeral. The biometric template is created, used for the try-on, and immediately destroyed.

2.2. Logs

We retain text-only metadata for billing and debugging purposes, which includes:

• Timestamp
• Client ID
• Garment ID
• Status (Success/Fail)

Note: These logs do not contain visual data.

3. Data Controller vs. Processor (GDPR/UAE Law)

You (The Client): You are the Data Controller. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers to upload their photos.

Rendream (LookCheck): We act as the Data Processor. We process the data strictly according to your API requests and do not use it for our own purposes.

4. Security

Encryption: All data in transit is protected via TLS/SSL encryption.

Infrastructure: Our secure processing environment is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services).
