1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Setup Fee)
We offer a full refund of the One-Time Setup Fee if requested within 7 calendar days of payment, subject to the following conditions:
- Technical Failure: The API fails to integrate with your system due to a verified error on our end.
- Defective Output: The AI results are technically defective (e.g., severe artifacting) and cannot be rectified by our support team.
2. Volume Usage (No Refunds)
Refunds are not available for volume credits or try-ons that have already been successfully generated. If you cancel your account, you are liable for all usage fees incurred up to the moment of cancellation.
3. Cancellation Policy
Trial: You may cancel anytime before the 26th try-on to avoid any charges.
Active Accounts: You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past usage.
