Terms of Service

1. The Service

LookCheck AI is a Virtual Try-On solution provided by Rendream. By integrating or using LookCheck AI, you ("Client") agree to these terms.

2. Account & Billing

2.1. Free Trial & Auto-Upgrade

Trial Limit: New accounts are granted 25 Free Try-Ons.

Automatic Conversion: Upon the execution of the 26th try-on, your account will automatically upgrade to the paid volume tier selected during registration. You agree to pay all subsequent volume usage fees.

Notification: We will notify you via email when you are approaching the trial limit.

2.2. Fees

LookCheck operates on a customized volume-based pricing model plus a one-time setup fee. All fees are non-negotiable once the service agreement is active.

3. License & Intellectual Property

3.1. User Content License

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and consents to upload end-user images to our API. You grant LookCheck a limited, revocable, worldwide license to process these images solely for the purpose of generating the virtual try-on output.

3.2. Output Ownership

Rendream claims no ownership over the generated images. Your end-users or your business (as applicable by your own policies) retain full ownership of the try-on results.

4. Operational Limitations

4.1. Zero-Retention Policy

You acknowledge that LookCheck processes images using an ephemeral, real-time method. We do not store original user photos or generated outputs on persistent disk storage. Once the API response is returned to you, the image data is discarded from our RAM.

4.2. Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service uses Artificial Intelligence to estimate 3D meshes and garment fit. The output is a visualization tool and may not represent a 100% accurate physical fit. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of absolute photorealism.

5. Liability

Rendream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of LookCheck AI.

6. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.
